Questions to ask for PS consult

Okay - I know some of you have thought about having plastics and wanted to know what types of questions you would ask. I have a consult on the 22nd and want to make sure I cover every piece of ground I can (gotta get my $$$ worth!!) I have "basics" but will welcome ANY questions or suggestions anyone would have!
