OT: Help with Family Tree, Maybe in Your area????????

Hi Everyone. My DH Has a relative he hasn't seen in years and can't seem to reconnect. Some of his family was last known to live in Georgia. Ali mae Slaven would be his Grand Mother and her boys were Darrell Slaven, Paul Slaven. There were a couple more If Anyone knows someone with these names I would appreciate it. They were supposed to live somewhere close to the floridia border maybe but who knows by now. I have looked for phone numbers and get nowhere there and in other states for that matter. The brothers would be between IDK maybe 50 - 60? Thansk everyone I know this seems crazy I just don't know where else to look and Ya just never know. Shell

Shell, sorry, I can't help with the Slaven's but I wanted to let you know there are lots of resources on line for trying to locate people. MOst of them are expensive, but some are free. You could put Slaven surname in a Yahoo search and see if there are any websites or message boards. Good luck! I've been trying to find out about my grandfather's family for a couple of years now and can't get anywhere, but I'm not paying $200 a year to belong to Ancestry.com! Kelle
