I am in Cleveland and Dr Proctor is my surgion my pcp at neighborhood health care in cleveland, sent me to gainesville to the cardioligist, I had to get clearnace for my tachycardia, and I had to go to the dietician for 6 months, I dont know if that is what they are after, but mine was Karen Rabb, 678-343-2010, shes great, tell her my name, Erin, She is only $15 per visit, unless she has changed it recently, I dont know of a support group for dr d
but there is one here in cleveland, there are people who used several different doctors, its great, the meeting is on Every monday night at 6, come late if you need to we dont normally get out till 8 or so, you dont have to stay that late though. Its very laid back and casual, and a great group of pre and post ops.
