Looking for work....

Heya all Life hiccuped again, and I am now living in Columbus GA.... nice place! I am looking for work here... first time in about 30 years that I have quit a job (Geico in Macon) without already having another to take it's place... but sometimes ya just gotta roll the dice I guess... I will be taking the Post Office test in a couple of weeks or so... haven't found out the actual testing date yet, and I have an interview with Aflac on Tuesday. Any leads or tips or suggestions would be gladly accepted... and some good vibes pointed in my direction would be great too!

Were you in the military at all? If so, they have a pretty active American Legion over there (my hubby is active at Post 251 in Duluth). We know a few of the people over there in Columbus through the 40/8 (an "honor" group of the legion, sort of). Anyway, if you go in there, I'm sure there would be people there willing to help in the job search. Hang in there!! Ann in Duluth
