Hi ya'll! I have my pre-pre op appointment tomorrow. i am excited about it! I have been a little worried b/c I have been out of commission for about a month and havent been able to do any exercise. I had a bad allergic reaction to poison ivy. It was so bad that I had to get a shot and now on a presciption (has a steriod in it). I have about 6 days left on that medicine. If that wasnt bad enough, I ended up with 3 really bad heat rashes in very BAD areas, lol So I have had to lay down and stay cool as much as possible. I really do not know what to expect tomorrow. I thought it was going to be my pre-op, but I was wrong. But its cool. I saw where some of ya'll posted what they did on the pre op and the day of the surgery, but what about the pre pre op day? My grandmother and one of my daughters are going with me. i am so excited, and nervous! i am so happy about getting this surgery. But of course I am scared. But I think that is normal. This is a life changing surgery and I am soooo ready for a change! Especially after getting those heat rashes!!! Those are AWFUL! Take care!

Kim, Hey there lady Good to see that everything is moving along for you I feel for you though on your posion ivy/heat rash thing That must be awful. Anyway on my pre pre op they weighed, checked to see if I still needed anything and set up my surgery day, which has now been changed but I am very happy that this is coming. I am very happy for you too We will both be "Big Losers" soon Take care of yourself and keep us informed. Nalani

My pre-pre op appointment was with my surgeon. He did a physical then gathered all of us that day (4 of us) and went over the risks, legal stuff, etc. Took about 2 hrs total. He even gave us a quiz to see if we were paying attention to his lecture Kia 284/198/155
