surgery alittle scared

Shelly, try to keep a positive attitude. Though going through this is a scary processs for us all, I am sure at this point you have thought about the surgery long and hard before deciding to have the surgery. I too was the first surgery of the day and that was a relief to me that I didnt have to sit around waiting all day. I didnt sleep much the night before surgery because I was too excited, scared and wound up. But the next morning when I woke up, I had a calm about me, like I had made peace with my decision and the surgery, I was no longer scared and knew this was the right thing for me to do. My surgery went great and I have had no problems. I was mentally and physically ready for this. I wish you the best possible outcome with your surgery and recovery. I will keep you in my thoughts. We will all be here on the losing side waiting for you. Kelly S

thank ya'll.That really helped feelings that everyone posted back to me,i think georgians are the friendliest of all states.I'm so glad i found this site and i hope i can turn to ya'll in the future.
