yeah - it's a great "partner" exercise.....but ya need a "partner"!!! So what ARE you doing for exercise???

Basically it is just Curves 3x per week. Yeah I know boring and not as powerful as I see the rest of you posting But, then I really dislike exercise and make myself go to Curves lol. Kia 284/204/155

I started out with the same mentality. I HATED the thought of exercising. I got into it because of the way it made me feel. I literally go crazy if something happens and I don't make it to the gym. At least you're moving....KEEP IT UP!!!!

Ok i am going to be the one person to post that SUCKS !!!! I have a membership to Curves and i ususally can make it twice a week since i go on my lunch breaks ......But latley i suck ....I suck big time ....I have not gone in two weeks ..I love it but i just suck .....So i really need to figure something out and get a buddy or something to ride my ass and get me moving ...I am in the middle of moving right now and i sware as soon as i am settled i am going to at least start working out at home plus curves ...But that will not be until next month ... Yah know i think we should do a work out challange starting next month ...And check in oh what we all do a week and email each other for support and to get our butts moving .....what do you all think?? well if you dont i need a BUDDIE !!! so i can get my butt moving !!! LOL any buddies out there ?????? Laura

The way to do it is exactly what you're doing!!!! Walking by itself is one of the greatest exercises ever!!! If you can use the machines for free...by ALL means keep it up!!! Great job.....I know when you do make it to looserville you'll do a great job!!!!

Girl, I so need you to move down here to help me get back in gear!! My body is screaming for some excercise. Now that the wedding is over, and with school starting soon...I plan to get back to the gym. Keep sending out reminders. I need that! I gotta say, you look sooooo good! Thank you for the wonderful compliment Mrs Lamb!!!! It's not always a bad thing to take a break sometimes.....it's not like you haven't had a lot to do!!! Once school starts back - I'll send ya another reminder to get back to the gym!!! Can't wait to see ya at the next gathering!
