Pre-op Diet

I go to my consultation on Tuesday the 19th(I'll find out then how muchI have to lose), and I need to know what kind of pre-op diet you did that helped lose your pre-op required weight before surgery? I also thought I might see if my PCP will give me a prescription for adepex to assist in the weightloss? Thanks, Melissa

Sandra, Thanks for the info, you know Friday WAS NOT a good time to get that steriod shot, as I am eating the house down. I wonder how long it takes to get outa your system. Hopefully it won't affect my consult Friday. Melissa
