How do you get motivative to exercise?

If you come up with something let me know...I can really come up with reasons not to exercise but none to get motivative to do them.

I do a lot of cardio dance classes at the gym, I love music. I usually exercise early in the morning. Moving the numbers on the scale  motivates me to exercise. I kow that the ft is stored enery and i have to burn it to lose the wieght.          Kim

Results motivate me. I do triathlons now...so I like seeing improvements. Before triathlons I was just a runner...before that I did cardio/classes/weights/gym stuff...and before that I walked. I don't want to end up where I was prior to surgery...that's enough motivation for me. You need to find something fun that you'll enjoy and look forward to.

Hey Phyllis! I exercise because I don't want all this flabby skin thats left after weight loss. I am trying to tighten it up. I go to Curves 3-5 times a week. It seems to be working. Down from a size 22 jeans to a size 14. I never was an exerciser before lapband. Nancy

Exercise won't cure flabby skin issues for most... AFTER running a marathon I still had to have 2 rounds of reconstructive surgery...
