Ok shout out to Georgia Lapbanders

I dont see much posting from the Lapbanders of Georgia here...are there any??? Lapbanders and Other WLS have alot more in common than I think we lapbanders realize..we both have to eat slow, eat certain things, not drink with our meals and chew chew chew. Hello Phyllis,  You are so right about us all really being some what the same. We are all on the same JOURNEY to lose weight and become more healthier and lead better lives. I'm not banded yet but my surgeon sent in my paperwork yesterday so hopefully i'll become an offical bandster soon

I am a fellow lap bander now.  I have had some hard times these past few months but i love my band.  Way better than my RNY that is for sure.  butit is hard to learn to eat slow.  and after evey fill you have to re learn what you can and cann't eat ...UGHHH but so worth it  Laura
