fills in georgia

I am considering lap band surgery in Mexico. Where can you go for fills in Georgia?

There are several Doctors in Georgia that are qualified to do that but I'm sure you would want one close to where you are.

Hi Elizabeth. I just had surgery in Mexico 3 weeks ago. I'm also looking for a Dr in Ga to do the fills and follow up care. www.fillcentersusa.com has a doctor in Moultrie, Ga but that is 6.5 hours away from me. They are in the process of opening a fill center here in Atlanta but it hasn't happened yet. There is one in Dalton, Ga but I hear he's expensive, $2500 first time fee, then $300 per fill. I just checked on in Athens, Ga but he's pricey too, $1200 fee and $400 for each fill. Heck, it's only a $400 flight to Mexico for a fill with Dr. Rodriguez who doesn't charge for the first two years. I'll keep you informed of what I find out though. Cathy

Well, Dr. Mejias in Athens will only do fills on the Inamed Band, so that leaves me out.  Does anyone know of any other doctors who will do fills for patients who were banded in Mexico.  I have the Johnson & Johnson Swedish Band. Cathy
