pre-admin stuff

i went for all that stuff today, 3 hours at the hospital. didnt realize i still had so much to do before surgery.galbladder ultrasound, chest x ray, ekg, blood work and filling out paperwork. its all done now and im one step closer.

I know your glad that that is all done with. Is that it now before surgery? Hope all your test come out good and everything goes smoothly for you. Wanda

i guess that should actually be pre-admit lol noticed my typo this mornin. wanda its almost it...on the 11th i have an appoint with him and a class thing that i guess basically gives details of what to take/what not to take to the hosp.what happens during the surgery and your hosp stay. after that i think im done.i think. this has been a bigger process than i ever imagined. i guess because the one person i knew to get it didnt have to do near all this stuff that i know of, i dont even think she was in the hospital but maybe 2 days. the more i go through to have it the more i wonder if she even had it at all lol we moved about 3 weeks ater she said she had it so i never got to see results or anything.

Teresa, Less than two weeks left, are you nervous yet? All the pre-op stuff is a pain in the neck, but they do have our best interest in mind when they require it. Once you are through all the pre-op bull, it's all just sitting back and waiting. Good luck on your surgery, and enjoy these last two weeks, because you will not believe how much work this is, after surgery. Good luck, steve

im excited, nervouse and i think still kinda in a state of disbelief its actually happening. my biggest fear right now is being put under since i never have been. 13 days and counting lol
