I am having trouble taking the calcium and omega 3 pills. Does anyone know of a shot that we can take? or an alternative form of either of these pills? I am stressing out big time about both of these.... Thanks for your help Terese 8-19-03 -125 lbs

I'm having the same problem with pills. I am now taking chewable calcium (the chocolate flavor is the best....just have some milk to go with it). They are made for bariatric patients. Chewables in all flavors and vitamins can be found at www.bbvitamins.com Good luck.

I also take the chewable vitamins from that same site. They aren't too bad. If your calcium or any other pill comes in a capsule, you can open it and dump it into some food. I tried that, but it was too gritty for me. The chewables work much better. The chocolate calcium, basically tastes like I'm eating sweetened cocoa. Not my favorite, but tollerable, however I do like their multivitamin and coQ -10. Brook

Hi I eat a couple of sugar free TUMS every day. I also have a chewable Centrum, these are cheap and you can buy them at most drug stores. I had surgery about 3 months ago and all my blood work is fine. Each doctor is different though, good luck.
