It sure hasn't happened to me yet (funny that 12 lbs. doesn't make that much of a difference!!!) but one time when I lost 72 lbs. I had to reintroduce myself all over town!! It came in handy if I wanted to be anonymous, though!! Jan

Antoinette, What a great accomplishment! You lost a whole person, no wonder you have to reintroduce yourself to old friends . I see the same people day after day so they are seeing my transformation take place, they are extremely supportive and proud of all my success since surgery. I cant wait until I run into someone I havent seen in a while to see their reaction. Keep up the great job! Amy

I saw someone on Sunday at church that I hadn't seen in over a year. I shook his hand and said hello, he smiled.........Later, my husband said, "XXXXXX didn't know who you were -- I guess when you sat down by me he either figured it was you or I was married to another woman." No, not so far. I have lost 65lbs and have another 65 to go and that will put me at my goal of 120 but in all honesty, no one seems to have noticed the change...at least no one has said anything!?? Kallen
