now i'm UPSET

hey there. well this is getting me upset. i don't know what is going on. i have been trying to get a hold of dr. cox and all i get is the answering machine. i don't know what has happened to them. i am trying to find out what is going on with my insurance. can anyone help? does anyone know what is going on? let me know please, this is nerve racking. thanks angie
