Hello Friends! I recently discovered CarbSmart Icecream sandwiches. They are YUMMY, low carb, made with splenda and smaller than normal ones-perfect for us. I would definitely recommend them for anyone who wants a treat. What is your favorite low carb, sugar free treat? Have a great day! Amy

Yummy! I like the ice cream very much. I also like Russell Stovers Low Carb chocolate truffles. They are delicious. I like them straight from the refrigerator. They say everything is ready now. They will give me a surgery date at that appointment. NOW I am really nervous. Carol
