I'm going to miss my surgery date

Hi Guys: I'm supposed to leave on Saturday for Mexico to have DS surgery with Dr. Ungson on Tuesday, Sept 7th. It looks like that isn't going to happen now because of the storm. Plus, I am still missing half of my roof from the last storm. If we get hit with a lot of wind, we're going to lose what is left of it and get a lot of water damage. Ray Bechtel

Wow, that's really tough. I'd suggest that maybe you could change your flight, but I guess if you have no roof, that's probably more of a priority. I keep praying that the storm just turns and misses us all. I heard on the news this morning that several counties have mandatory evacuations set for those people living within 5 miles of a debris pile from the last storm because they anticipate all those branches will become projectiles. This really doesn't sound like much fun to me!!!! I sure hope things work out for you! Jan

Keep your head up and we will all say some more prayers for you. Hopefully it will still change course. The bad thing is you feel bad when you say that since we know for it to miss us we know it hit someone else.

Ray, my heart goes out to you and yours. At this point, I believe the roof is the most important. You can set a new date for your surgery. My prayers are with you. Marla
