HI!!!! I'm back from surgery...

I was so thrilled that you felt good enough and I know it was hard for you to sit & get online to let us all know you are home. Hello Mady Angel....I am so glad you are back home and doing okay...I would have wrote before but I had a terrible experience at the hospital...They put us in a back corner and we only seen them 2 times a day..Good thing we helped each other because know one else was around for us...But I am also glad to be home and getting around...I had my surgery on the 11th and I am still stiff and weak sometimes...I walk everyday but you don't heal overnight....Remember you have stitches inside that will take up to 3 months to heal....And i sometimes forgrt that because almost all of the outside is healed up and pink...But my side lets me know real quick to slow down...When my side starts to hurt it is a warning to me that my body needs a break...Maybe that is what yours is doing too?? And don't worry you will get the hang of the protein count...I still mess up sometimes but just take it slow....Glad to have you back..........My new e-mail addy [email protected] me know how you are doing................Big Hugs....Janice
