That is odd. May I suggest you create a pain log. Where the pain is and what you were doing prior to experiencing it. The more specific and descriptive you are the more data you can take to your doctor. Obviously something is happening, but trying to figure out a source of pain is difficult.
Two years ago I did my first 5K in decades. It was a celebration of changes I made post surgery. I started slacking off after that. Well, I decided this year I was not going to slack off. I did the C25K program again and just completed the OKC Redbud 5K. What is fun is I did it nearly two minutes faster than I did two years ago. Two years ago I was 26th in my age group, this year #11. I'm not going to set any records, but at least when I'm competing against myself...I'm winning!
Welcome to the exercise forum. :) We have a weekly post where we share our workout plans. I like using it to look at the week ahead and figuring out what I'll be doing.
Is PT in this case Physical Therapist?
Your plan sounds great - remember that stretching is REALLY important. And that one of the reasons people get injured is by trying to do too much all at once when they start.
People always tell me, "Oh, just listen to your body!" but, seriously, I spent the first ~35 years of my life ignoring my body so at this point I'm not even sure my body and I speak the same language. So listening to my body to know when to stop was not useful advice. This may or may not be true for you :)

I had surgery 10/25 and have lost weight steadily. The only exercise I get is walking 3 miles every second day.
Now my weight loss is slow down and the PT I see says I am losing more muscle that fat and need to do more toning exercises. It's been over a month and other then a few half hatred efforts I am not doing what I know I have too do. I don't know why I am being so resistant.
So... starting tomorrow (Friday) I will alternate between cross fit and either walking or swimming laps EVERY DAY for then next 21 days. I will post my progress HERE daily.

Checking in this am.....
Started on Dec 13th at 270 and this morning weighed in at 226.4 for a loss of 43.6 in 115 days
I did read that and I am sure he will be back to try again. It made it a very exciting race and it was a heart breaker for sure.

Laz, the race director, said that it didn't matter when he finished. By coming into camp the wrong way, he shorted the course by 2 miles. Although it doesn't seem like it, there is an actual course to follow. Not marked trails or anything, but a general direction you have to go. When he got his last page, he made a wrong turn that took him off course and cut it by 2 miles. It's pretty heartbreaking, but that's also what makes Barkley, Barkley.
