That's so odd! Sauconies are known for having a wider toe box too. I agree about looking to your socks.

I use blister bandaids. They're...puffy and cushioning?

My mouth has finally recovered from this root canal. I have no appointments this week. So I'm going to get it in and hope it boosts my mood. Let's go!

Monday - Strength training arms

Tuesday - Strength training legs

Wednesday - Cardio

Thursday - Strength training arms

Friday - Cardio

Saturday/Sunday - Nothing formal

Yeah that's what I figured. I suppose if there were a nonsurgical way, someone here would have found it.

The bat wings from my weight loss are annoying but I've always believed there was nothing I could do to tighten them up other than plastic surgery. Has anyone been successful in having less saggy arms with exercise?

Glad to hear that you are feeling better

Monday- 60 minute ride with a 25 minute tempo ride in there

Tue- 60 minute swim

Wed- ride heard gear 5 min spin fast 1 minute repeat 4x 10 minute warm up and a 10 minute cool down

Thursday 60 minute run

Friday rest

Saturday ride 95 minutes with hills

Sunday 70 minute run

Going to start ramping up workouts as I am feeling better from hernia surgery. Plus weather getting better which helps!!

Monday-Swim 1/2 hour; Strength Training

Tuesday-2 Mile Run; Spin Class

Wednesday- Swim 1/2 hour; 2 mile run

Thursday-2 mile run; Spin Class

Friday-Swim 1/2 hour; 2 mile run

Saturday-1 1/2 hour Bike Ride

Sunday- 5 mile run
