Ok well its official. I have lost my mind and registered for this run. I am interested in taking SEHT's suggestions on using the c25k to improve my run. I am just a bit confused on what week I should start on and how to incorporate the jog /sprint thing. Again, thanks in advance. I am so excited!!

I would start now.  If it is too soon, it's fine.  You will just be that more prepared.  Congrats on signing up.  That was the hard part.

What I would do is to start with week 1.  Do the jog at your normal speed in place of the walk and then bump up the speed a little bit for the run portion.  As you move up in weeks, you'll do more and more distance at a faster speed.  Make sense?  That's similar to how I do my speed work.
