Progress!!

Just got back from my lap swim...I'm in my second week. I went 25 minutes without pause this morning, 20 lengths. I'm making it at least another 4 lengths every time I go. My goal is 40 minutes non-stop within the next couple of weeks. I had set that goal for the end of February, but I think I'm gonna make it way before then.  I'm tired, but I feel great! I can't believe how much swimming kicks my butt, my muscles are tired until noon, and I swim at 6:00 a.m. It's a good tiredness though, know what I mean?

Have a great day, all!

Jenny
