Thanks for the article.  I, once again, am trying to get with the program.
I really hate cardio but know it has to be done. 
I have started back working out on the bowflex in my home.  I wouldn't dare let anyone see me trying to do something like that in the gym.  LOL
Anyway, the article gives me some hope.  Thanks again,  Tabitha

 Interesting to me it says not to miss working the legs.. do you think one really needs to work legs if you're running 14-20 miles a week (I had stopped working legs mainly because mine are now in a perpetual state of mush)

Good read.  The reason he mentions the legs, even if you are a cardio freak, is those are the biggest muscles on your body.  Working the legs with weight lifting and stretching helps to avoid problems with the IT band (sometimes).
