Tuesday Workouts
Finally getting caught up with the end of the year resolution. Damn it's hard to make up 10 days of running. 4.35 miles today, 105.69 total, 989.31 to go and 328 days to get there. I'm within 6 miles of my initial goal/pace. Those 10 days of missed running due to surgery are a biotch.

Hi! Swam 16 lengths in 20 minutes today...best part is I didn't have to pause. I'm not a fast swimmer, but I'm going more for continuous movement than distance. I'm hoping to get to 40 minutes non-stop in the next couple of weeks. I felt pretty strong this morning, so I'm pretty sure I can do it.

Tuesday is usually short brick day. Early morning spin then 2 miles on the TM in 16:57. Runs haven't felt too good this week, but this was a little better. We'll see what tomorrow brings.
I did get some new goggles and a swim cap today. I'm going to try to get to the gym early enough tomorrow to swim after I run.
