Plan on running my 3 miles, then doubling that on the bike. Ab work today as well. Then it's down to the hard parts...Tires need to be rotated on the truck, Clean out the Mini-van, look for a new bank as ours bit the dust over the weekend, and finish cleaning the kitchen...You know, exercising is sounding better and better...LOL

P90X Cardio today...first day of week 4.  Planning on either running tonight or doing some stair work.

This morning I did my usual 10 minutes warming up on the rowing machine. 
Lifted (bench, dead lifts & assisted chin ups) - my arms were toast today... :(
25 minutes on the eliptical - did just over 3 miles

After work I ran three miles in the wind & rain.   It was a little drizzly when I first started out, then it stopped for like a mile or so and the last 3/4 of a mile was a complete downpour...into the wind.  It was awesome and one of my favorite runs.  My time was terrible but I had a great time :)

 65 min on the stationary bike including warm up and cool down and totaled 14.8 miles then 45 minutes stretching and weights

Short 30-minute run.  10 min at 6.8, 10 at 6.9, 5 at 7.0, then .1 increase each of the last 5 minutes. Somewhere around 3.5 miles.  Hips and shoulders were a little sore today after snowmobiling yesterday, but still managed the run.
