First of all, congrats on the soreness.  It is like a badge of honor.  Embrace it!!!  Now about that soreness.  If it were sooner, I'd recommend an ice bath but now I'm thinking a warm bath and some light stretching.  Some asprin might be in order.  A WLS friendly one, of course.

It's important to give yourself time to recover.

If you are inflamed, you should use ice, not heat. If your muscles are tight, then heat helps.

Tylenol is good for the pain. NSAIDs, it turns out, can impede fitness gains... or at least there is some preliminary research that suggest that.

RNY'ers are not to have NSAID's so I would stay away from that (Unless you want an ulcer). Go to your local pharmacy and get a big bag od EPSOM salt. Put 2-3 cups of it under warm to hot running bath water to help it disolve, then soak for at least 20 minutes from naval down. It will help. Next go around, ice bath after intense workouts... I would also ease into your classes, most of the people there that are doing the whole routine and workout have been going for a while, so don't feel like you need to keep up with them. Take it at YOUR own pace, and that way you won't be incapacitated or imobile after the workouts, and your likelyhood of you continuing them will greatly increase...Congrats and best of luck...
