Wow, so I get to start one of these treads!
65 minutes on my bike trainer.  20 second big gear/high cadence sprints don't seem like they should hurt like that, lol.
What did you all do today?

P90X shoulders and arms...good workout today.  Missed a couple days being sick this weekend but had a great Plyometrics day yesterday.

Welcome Adella.  Hope you find the same benefit here that many of us have.  Glad to hear that you are on a consistant program.  Keep up the great work and good luck in that 1/2.

4 miles on the treadmill this morning.
I'm supposed to swim but that's not going to happen.  I'll probably hit the bike trainer instead.  I'm getting sick and it's cold and pouring rain here.  So the garage and the bike trainer sound much better than the cold swimming pool.

Then I'll try and sneak in some Call of Duty4:Modern Warfare gotta get my thumb exercises in as well.

After two great days of running, I had to take it down a notch with a sore back and tweaked hammie.  Today was another 1.1 mile day.  I always add the .1 just in case the gps watch is off a bit.  It gives me 10% wiggle room.
