Had a great workout this morning...
rowing warm up (2160m in 10min).
Lifted - (6 sets of 5) - bench, assited chin up & dead lift
2 sets of 10 knee lifts in the "roman chair" - these suck and my abs are killing me! :)
ran 2.12 miles in 23:00

1 hour jiu jitsu with the guys, 1 hour with the ladies in our women-only class :)
