Friday Workouts!!!
I just got back from 1.1 miles in about 13 minutes. My back has been hurting for about 5 days so I have been trying to go easy. Hopefully a few days of really low milage will help.

3000 Meter swim with Master's Swim group this morning. Carb Load rest of the day... BIG weekend coming up

I got a good 5 miles in today. No intervals, just an even pace. 6.8 mph for the first 3.3 miles. Potty break. 7.0 for the next 1.3 miles, finishing at 7.5. Did the 5 miles in 47 minutes - even with the potty break! This was my longest run of the year so far. Looking to do a short run and a swim tomorrow.

I went to the gym and did Group Power. I really poured on the weights too.
