Thursday Workouts!!!

a slow day today: 30 minutes on the stairmaster

I had hoped to get a run in tonight, but getting ready for a road trip tomorrow. My 12 year old daughter is competing at Canadian Jr Nationals for taekwondo Saturday! So I've been running around trying to get everything organized. Just have to do a longer run tomorrow.

60 minute Fitness Yoga - First time I have taken this class.  It's not easy holding those poses!  I didn't sweat, but I was getting warm!!  We did some awesome stretches and I can feel I've been working my arms and legs.  Last night's class is contributing to that too I'm sure.

One-hour spin class.  3 mile run after the class.It's really dark out there in the evening.  I do wear gloves, but it was actually not as cold last night.  It's a little daunting running in the city, but at least I run a little faster so I stay ahead of the muggers (at least the ones that are out of shape).

Three mile run outside, it was nice! I ran with one of my running group buddies. I did take two day s off after my Monday tumble; by Tuesday evening I was fairly uncomfortable!
