I just got back from 2.5 miles and today it felt really good.  I eased into it with an easy warm up pace and picked it up the last 1.5 miles.  I don't know when I am going to realize that it is cold out and I should wear gloves.

Due to my rotating schedule at work, today is my Monday --oophah!  I go in at 3pm.

So how did you do on this wonderful Thursday?
Scott
