Tuesday Workouts!!!

10 minutes rowing 
weights  (bench, assited chin ups on the nautilus & dead lifts) - 6 sets of 5 - upped my weights today
ran 1.11 miles - 5.7 pace, 10:40 for my mile - my best thus far I believe :)

Nothing to report today. Didn`t get much sleep last night so body needed to rest. B«ck a er tomorrow though!

4 miles on trustrider, 428 calories, 41 minutes.  It was a nice workout...felt good.  My son went to the gym and he worked out too....and he had wrestling after school.  When we left the gym tonight he said, "I'm exhausted."  :-)

Usually I go all out during a spin class, but today's was just moderate.  Legs still tired from Sunday's workout.  I still went today, though.

PS forgot to mention yesterday that I got signed up for my tri in April.  They had all sorts of problems with the website, but I still managed to get in!  This will be my third Grizzly Triathlon (it was my first ever).
