Here we are all.  It's a new year.  Time to set the goals and keep the positive healthy lives going.
This morning I started my year with 2.25 miles worth of intervals on the TM.  I added some chest and back exercises to the mix.

What did you do to start your year???

Did five miles outside on the trail in fourteen degree temps.  Was going to do ten miles but it was too cold and I was having some G.I. issues.

Took the day off and just walked the dog.  She LOVES her walks and pit stop to play ball!

Rode my bike for 25 minutes...watched some football...then rode for another 25 minutes.  Then did some sunbathing.

All right, Scott.  Today was so much about commitment.  I got 4 miles running outside in the morning, and then a 2-hour spinning class.  Time to set some goals.
