I did 7 miles with a friend training using the Galloway interval method yesterday and decided to take some video. She was injured recently so we were doing 2:1 intervals.

You might notice I have something on my feet over my sneakers. These are Yaktrax Pro traction cleats that work great for running in ice and snow.

What a beautiful area to run. I love seeing all the snow as we don't generally get much here (except last year when we had the largest snow fall in 40 years and ended up with between 2 and 3 feet of the white stuff.)

Not only am I tired from watching but now I am cold!

heh, really though, beautiful day and beautiful scenery. I cannot wait to start jogging. As soon as I get the green light from my surgeon giving me the Okay that I am all healed from the panniculectomy and hernia surgery I am going to hit the track. I am gonna wuss out and run indoors though. A perk of going back to college, great equipment at my disposal.
