Met with my trainer for the first time..

I met with a trainer at the gym today and he had me jump on the body comp scale and I was STUNNED by what it told me.  My body fat is 16.6%, my hydration level is 58%, my metabolic age is a 12 (which is funny because just today I was saying that since I've lost so much weight I look like a 12 year old boy, why are the boobs the first to go?!) - it also told me my muscle mass (which I think was 168lbs), bone mass & visceral fat (can't remember these - I was too excited about the fact that my body fat was 16.6%!!)

I'm really excited to actually meet with a trainer and have someone tell me what I need to be doing at the gym instead of just kind of flying by the seat of my pants.  He's an avid trail runner and hiker which is awesome because I told him about my aspirations of doing a 10k, half and 50k trail run. 

And quite possibly the best part is that he's taking me on as his project and training me for free!
