Aren't you motivated.  That's awesome!!  Today, I ran on the treadmill for 30 minutes and lifted weights for 20 minutes.  Yesterday, I did a cycling class for 90 minutes.

Got out early this morning and ran (felt like ice skating) three miles.

When I started hiking I wore my regular running shoes, but they were getting so dirty and they were fairly new, so I went out and bought some trail running shoes.  I love them.  They are gray, so they don't show the dirt so much and they have way better traction for going up and down the hills.  I think they are brooks cascadia and they were about $100.   If you wear your regular running shoes take it easy going up and down the hills so you don't slip.  Have fun!  I really enjoy hiking.

I did CIM on a relay team. With my injury, I had to do a kind of walk/run/shuffle but I made it!

We made a bet beforehand that for every min. we were over our projected time, we had to put 25 cents into a pot, which we would then use to go out for froyo. I beat my projected time by 7 min. and I won my side bet as well!
