Tuesday's workouts
I ran an easy 3 miles on the treadmill and then tried a new 1-hour conditioning class at the gym. I expect to feel a little sore in the morning, but it was a great workout!

1 hour spin on the trainer at a 22mph pace and a 4 mile brick avregaged 8:34 mph on the run...

Yesterday was a treat ... I got out of work a little early and was able to do 4 miles on the trail near my house before dark!
