Tuesday's workouts

I ran an easy 3 miles on the treadmill and then tried a new 1-hour conditioning class at the gym.  I expect to feel a little sore in the morning, but it was a great workout!

I ditched out of work an hour early so I could run a 3 mile loop outside while it was still light (and kinda warm) out!

I did a quick 4 mile run after work.

1 hour spin on the trainer at a 22mph pace and a 4 mile brick avregaged 8:34 mph on the run...

Would have rather been on the trail running or in the gym but I spent the last two days working around the house getting things ready for winter and hanging Christmas lights..ho, ho, ho.

Yesterday was a treat ... I got out of work a little early and was able to do 4 miles on the trail near my house before dark!

 3.8 miles @ 9:30 pace but talked to a friend for about 3-5 minutes and it didn't stop my watch, lol.
