I ran 2.2 miles this morning, just getting it in before the rain came.   That makes 8 days in a row.  Only 257 to go.

I did an hour body pump class, then a 45 minute spin class.

60 minute spin class, followed by strength training and stretching.

I have to maintain this commitment to building strength and flexibility to avoid injury in 2010.

10 minutes waking (warm-up/cool down), 45 minute run on the TM for 5.09 miles, then a 60 minute spin on the stationary bike...
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

 Ran just 2 miles today and did some swimming.  Haven't gone swimming in about 2 months and felt better in the pool than I thought.  Got to get my base up so I can start my ironman training on January 1!
Good to be back on the boards, should be able to post more often!

Short 3 miles.  Haven't been getting in the miles as much lately so the body didn't want to cooperate very well (gotta love the GI issues).  Plus the run was later in the day.  Not my best time.  On a good note, though - I'm able to keep the speeds up...

45 minutes on the bike followed by a 20 minute run to stretch the legs out a bit.
