Wednesday Workouts

I took the day off work today, so I had plenty of free time at the gym this morning.  I did an hour spin class, followed by a 5K on the treadmill.  The PT has helped tremendously and I was even able to do some faster-paced intervals without pain.

Did a 4-mile jog this morning just to get out and find out if I could still run.  Felt good.  Will probably get out tomorrow morning for a quick once-around the neighborhood beofre I start cookng.  Enjoy the holidays.

Cassie - glad that you had a pain free run.

I went to my sons school today and did about 2.5 miles and included in that were 2 times 800 meters at about 7:30 pace.

Later my son had soccer practice and the field is at my gym.  While he practiced, I got in a nice upper body workout.
