Friday workouts! Call em out loud!
I did 4 miles on the treadmill including:
1 mile at 10:30 pace
8 30-second pick-ups at 7:30 with 2 minute intervals at 10:42;
1 mile at 10:30 pace.

I took the day off because I decided that I am doing a 1/2 tomorrow. I hope that the Disney fitness is enough to get me through because I haven't done more than 5 miles in 6 weeks. I have done some good speed stuff though.

I did the Stationary Bike. 45 min. of random hill. Got slightly over 13 miles in that time.
