For Wednesday:

1 hour Yoga class, using chairs instead of mats.
30 minutes on treadmill, averaging 2.5 mph with incline range of 5.0-10.0.  Plus, 3 minutes cool-down.
15 minutes on rowing machine.

DS (lap) with Dr. Clifford Deveney. Cholecystectomy (lap) with Dr. Clifford Deveney 19 months post-op.

Has not weighed myself since 1/2010.  Letting my clothes gauge my progress instead.

One-hour interval spinning class.  Followed up by rolling around on a foam roller for about twenty minutes.  Foam rollers are great for working out the kinks.
