   What did you all do today? I swam 1.5 miles this morning, am going down today to pick up my wetsuit and going to be doing some open water training starting next week. Going for a 35 mile ride after work tonight. Take care...

I am doing Iroman Buffalo Springs (Lubbock) and Ironman Longhorn In Austin. Both are 70.3's and I live in Fort Worth

Today was a 50-minute spin class and a 2-mile run at 9:40 pace.  I still need to do some stretching and core work after I finish my tea.

I did another 2.77 miles during lunch. This run was 2 minutes faster than any other lunch time run.

 short 15 minutes on my bike, 1st time since September!  No soreness from yesterday!  Can't believe all the energy I have again after only 2 light workouts.

37 minutes on the elliptical.
20 minutes on the stair climber
30 minutes of weights (legs and trunk)

Did week 5 workout 1 of c25k - warm up / cool down walk, 1 mi in 13:30, ran 2 mi in 21:15.  I can now run a whole half-mile without stopping.  First time in my life...
