I was already seeing a PT so I stuck with her. She did massage, e-stim, ultrasound, and stretching. I also bought a compression band may for the IT which really helped. And, at the health expo for the Mardi Gras Marathon I bought "The Stick".
What I think I really need is to lose a bunch more weight so I am not asking so much of my poor body.

I swam for 1.25 hours. We did a bunch of drills. I'll try to remember them.
Warm up: at least 300, maybe as much as 400 (I lost count)
Balance drills: 3x50s I managed 2.5 of them before the drill switched
1 x 600 combo regular swimming with catch-up drill every 4th lap
and then a 200 just to make sure I got

For Wednesday:
1 hour Yoga class, using chairs instead of mats.
30 minutes on treadmill, averaging 2.5 mph with 5.0 to 10.0 inclines. Plus, 3 minutes cool-down.
30 minutes walk around neighborhood, since the sun was out today.
