I hope you will be fixed up in no time and back running.  I had another minor surgery on my nose Friday and was told to take it easy.  I havnt done too much this weekend but more than I would have otherwise. Keep us posted on your hopefully speedy recovery.

Thanks Victoria for your support!  It's so hard to feel like you finally have life and then to have an injury take it away. I can really understand why some people have injuries due to accidents and end up depressed.  Before my surgery, sitting on the sofa all day would have been GREAT!  Now, it feels like a death sentence.  WEIRD!

Anyway, my sister, who is a massage therapist came over and worked on my leg for a little while and taught me some more exercises I can do with my exercise ball to help strengthen my core.  That made me feel a lot better.

I hope you feel better too!  HUG!  Thanks

I love the exercise ball.  Just figure out things you can do while you're healing.  I have tried to be very, very careful since I started training for my first tri, and half marathon.  Fortunately I havnt had any issues so far.
