looking for a pen pal in NC

hello all i'm kellie, i'm 31 years old with two children of my own and a step son. I have been trying to have the gastric bypass for about a year now and cannot have it until i quit smoking....does anyone out there have any suggestions? Yet, everybody says "just put them down" but thats easier said than done. Please help me, i weigh 366 lbs. and i'm 5'10 1/2, and am ready to change my life.........hope someone has some suggestions.
