oh how i wi**** was my trip got cancelled and now i have to tell him and he already has a ticket and is ready to go. my new years just turned to SH*T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! sorry just needed to vent

i'm not sure if this is why....but we got dumped on with snow here....

ugh on the snow.....while i grew up in mt and i terribly miss it, i am not sure i am ready to live in the snow again, right now...been in tx and ga the last 7 years and am liking it we will see..... are you still considering moving to nc? if so, when? housing market sucks right now if you try to sell the house, right or is your market better?

yeppers still (always) considering. making repairs. prepping it up. housing is HORRIBLE. job market HORRIBLE. economy HORRIBLE. BUT! i have a job, a rooof over my head, and can even do a few fun things every now and again, so I guess I cant complain too much (new years resolution #1....try to put positive spin on things, lessening my pessimism)

i need to do some fixer uppers too.....mainly my back yard where the dogs were....I got a bid of $645....ugh....then I think I may need to remove some of my trees....we will see.... Totally agree on all of that being horrible.....ugh.....timing is everything..... Agree on having a job (I have had some friends recently laid off and it sucks), I have a roof too..... One of my biggest resolutions around the house are: continue major decluttering (perhaps start ebaying), start doing crafts again (scrapbooking and card making), get healthy, and MAJOR....work on plans that Nate and I will be together soon so get ready for all of that..... Good reminder on being optimistic more I tend to be pessimistic sometimes too much too.....

Decluttering ===> Ebaying.. my house is a shambles now...

I'm going through my stuff this weekend (hopefully) and going to put stuff on there. I have so much stuff I just dont need. no wonder I had a debt problem

funny....when i unpack crap (i have still about 10 or so boxes at least i never unpacked since i have been to atl)....i find things i have multiples of.....i am too compulsive in buying and need to learn to live more simply!

i think i am going to....will keep me busy and maybe make a few bucks....i just don't know how to do shipping...do you have a scale? do you go research other people's prices to start your own bid?
