OK I have a new surgery date as I had to postpone my 12-9-2010 date as I was injured and couldnt stop my MOTRIN 2 weeks prior to the other date. So 12-17-2010 is my new date. My surgery is with Dr Husted at St Lukes Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ.
