Wow, Jen's Lemon Tea Chicken is fantastic.  I made it tonight and am eating it right now.  I thought I had Parm/reg at home but I didn't and Karl went to the store and just bought parm, but it's still excellent!

It took me less than 30 minutes to put it together.  You should submit it to Rachael Ray!

Thanks for the recipe

I'm so glad you liked it :)  Thanks!  That makes my day!

I ended up making chicken and veggie soup because my throat and ear hurt and its good soup weather here today with the hurricane.

I'm really glad it came out since I was estimating amounts - I never measure anything!

I was a little worried because it smelled very herbacious, but the lemon balanced the italian seasoning.

I would drop the cheese (I'm not a big cheese person).  I did the calories on this and its around 1400 for the entire dish and it was about 6 servings for us with 3 breasts and 1 whole cup of cheese because of having just the parmesean.  I had some marinated artichokes in the closet and almost added them but it was excellent just as you put the recipe on your blog.  Thanks again!

I had serious ear infections last summer and it was miserable.  Drops, then a different type of drops, then another kind of drops plus an athlete's foot drop and finally that did the trick.  ENT said I had some really nasty bacteria in my ear.  It was miserable.  My ear canal was so swollen and I would lay on a heating pad at night.  Almost thought they were going to put tubes in my ears!  But the athletes foot drops did the trick with the antibiotic drops.  Funny to put athletes foot medicine in your ear!

Hope you get that resolved quickly!

Just had to say this! My husband has a work friend named Herb. Most people call him Herbie (he's in his 20's) and I always call him Herbacious! and my husband looks at me like I have two heads! I'm glad someone else knows the meaning of the word ROFLOL!
