I am tired of not being able to exercise due to my sore knee, so I'm going to the gym and try to do at least 20 minutes of treadmill.  I can also do some upper body strength training.

What did you do to move your body today?

I'm back in the office this morning, so of course that meant the gym first!

30 mins of the endurance program on the stationary bike just seemed like a good place to be....

One more 2-a-day for me this week, Kix.  Upper body strength training and core work at lunch, then 45-60 minutes of cardio after work.  Weather has been great here this week, so may do cardio outdoors (hiking, walking, jogging, whatever) instead of going to the gym.  Must enjoy nice weather while it lasts, as snow will fly too soon for my tastes -

Hope the treadmill time helps the knee feel a bit better -

It's the sweaty girl here . . . 30 minutes on the treadmill alternating with walking and jogging for 30 seconds every 2 minutes.  Ugh...give me the elliptical back.

Ear infection is going to probably keep me out of the gym and definitely out of the pool for a few days.  I may try some yoga, but honestly I doubt it.  I feel crappy and my already poor balance will not be improved by ear problems!

Walking with the dogs is all that's planned. I'm so more than ready to get back into the pool!!!
